HT-SAAE Receives 'Best Performing' Award in PVEL 2021 PV Module Reliability Scorecard
PVEL, a leading reliability and performance testing laboratory for solar energy project developers, investors, and operators worldwide, showcases the reliability of solar energy technology through tests backed by over a decade of experience and accumulated data.
Following evaluations, HT-SAAE, the parent company of HT Solar, with its solar panels produced at its factory in Tuzla, Istanbul, has once again been recognized as one of the 'Best Performing' manufacturers among global PV panel producers, making it the only solar panel manufacturer in Turkey to be included in the 2021 PV Panel Reliability Report.

PVEL, which rewards manufacturers with sample test results in the Product Qualification Program (PQP), has deemed HT-SAAE worthy of the 'Best Performing' award based on the Damp-Heat, LID (Light-Induced Degradation), and LeTID (Light and Elevated Temperature-Induced Degradation) test results among the 26 manufacturers listed.
Emre Kulaç, HT Solar Sales and Marketing Manager, emphasizes the importance of supplying panels with low LID and LETID rates in reducing production losses over the years: 'The results from LID and LeTID tests are direct inputs for production forecasts and positively impact project feasibility. Therefore, supplying panels with low LID and LeTID rates enhances a project's value. With our panels deserving superior performance recognition, we will continue to add superior value to solar power plants in our country and globally.'
